Roderick Strong, LA Knight To Appear On WWE Main Event
Main Event to Raw?
Could two NXT Superstars be making their way to the main roster?
Roderick Strong and LA Knight were both in action at the Huntington Center in Toledo, Ohio on Monday, competing on the Main Event taping prior to the live edition of Raw.
LA Knight defeated former Cruiserweight Champion Cedric Alexander on the show while Roderick Strong was defeated by T-Bar.
Knight and Strong's matches on Main Event came only days after they faced each other in a dark match prior to the January 21 edition of Friday Night SmackDown. Knight won their one-on-one contest.
Several NXT Superstars have appeared on Main Event in recent months, including Pete Dunne and Tommaso Ciampa who were both in action on the January 10 and January 17 tapings, facing Akira Tozawa and T-Bar on separate weeks.
Strong has been a member of the WWE roster since 2016, primarily competing on NXT and he is a former NXT Tag Team Champion, North American Champion and Cruiserweight Champion.
LA Knight returned to WWE in February of 2021 and he is a former Million Dollar Champion.
