Ruby Soho: AEW Felt Like Home Immediately When I Walked Out At All Out 2021

Soho made her debut in the Women's Casino Battle Royale

Ruby Soho says she already feels at home in All Elite Wrestling, following her shock debut for the promotion at All Out 2021.

Soho showed up as a surprise entrant in the Women's Casino Battle Royale on Sunday's pay-per-view, winning the bout and earning a AEW Women's Championship match against Britt Baker.

Just three months ago, Soho was known as Ruby Riott on WWE's roster, and Soho says she has never felt anything before like the love and support from wrestling fans who have clamoured to find out where she would go next.

Having now made her AEW debut, Soho already feels right at home in Tony Khan's promotion.

Speaking in the post AEW All Out media scrum, Soho said: "I have never experienced anything like that before. To have people have that anticipation for me, and for people to want that, and for people to get it, and getting excited is something that I think all of us in the wrestling industry that I...that moment of just being accepted and wanted and welcomed at this new Incredible company that you work for.

“That's always a scare, right? You're working in a new place, 'Am I going to be accepted? Am I going to fit in?’ It just felt like home immediately from the moment I walked out there and it was just incredible."
