Steve Austin: Rhea Ripley And Bianca Belair Are Destined For WWE Greatness

"Those two have the size, presence, looks, ability to be major, major stars..."

'Stone Cold' Steve Austin has named Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair as two WWE superstars he believes are 'destined for greatness'.

Austin watched how the two performed in the 2021 Women's Royal Rumble - where Ripley and Belair were the final two participants left standing - and was thoroughly impressed with how each of them stepped up in the match.

“Just from watching the Royal Rumble,” Austin told Bleacher Report. “I think those last two women - Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair - I think those two are destined for greatness.

“They still need reps, they still need to learn, but those two have the size, presence, looks, ability to be major, major stars, so we’ll see what the future holds for them.”

Ripley and Belair are both set for huge championship matches at WWE WrestleMania 37. As winner of the Royal Rumble, Belair will be challenging Sasha Banks for the Smackdown Women's Championship on Night One Of WrestleMania.

Elsewhere, Ripley is set to take on Asuka in a Raw Women's Title match on Night Two at 'The Showcase Of The Immortals'.
