WWE's Mickie James Reveals She Recently Broke Her Nose

Back in mid-August, Mickie James returned to WWE TV after over a year on the sidelines. The six-time women's champion previously tore her ACL in June 2019 and required reconstructive surgery. 

James now finds herself on the shelf once again, but only for a couple of weeks. She mentioned on her Grown Ass Women YouTube channel that she recently broke her nose in a match and needed to have it rebroken to fix it. 

James said: "Legit broke my nose in a match so now I can't wrestle for a couple of weeks, unfortunately. That sucks. It wasn't severe. It wasn't like my nose was blasted across my face. It was more like a curve and I can't breathe out the one side of it."

The WWE Superstar didn't reveal when she broke her nose, but she has been involved in a couple of feuds since returning to Monday Night Raw. She faced off against Natalya and Lana in the summer, which led into her rivalry with Asuka over the Raw Women's Championship. James has been out of action since September 21 when she was defeated by Zelina Vega.
