WWE Title Weigh-In & More Set For Next Week's WWE Raw

Next week's WWE Raw will feature a weigh-in between WWE Champion Brock Lesnar and number one contender Bobby Lashley. 

The upcoming segment was announced on last night's Raw following a video package which highlighted the wrestling and MMA careers of both men. 

Lashley is set to take on Lesnar at the Royal Rumble on January 29, after defeating Big E, Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens to become number one contender. This all follows Lesnar's shock WWE Championship win at Day 1, where he was a last-minute entry into the title match due to the absence of his scheduled opponent, Roman Reigns.

Lashley faced Rollins - number one contender for the Universal Championship - in the main event of last night's Raw, but the match ended via DQ when Lashley was attacked by former stablemates Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin.

Also planned for next week's Raw is a birthday celebration for Maryse, hosted by husband The Miz. The involvement of Edge and Beth Phoenix is expected, after Maryse hit Phoenix with a loaded purse on last night's show. 

Additionally, new Raw Tag Team Champions Alpha Academy have challenged RK-Bro to an 'academic challenge', the details of which are not yet known. Otis and Gable recently defeated Orton and Riddle to secure tag gold.
