2/18 AEW Rampage Changing Time Slots Due To NBA

A one-week change for All Star Weekend

The February 18 edition of AEW Rampage will air an earlier time slot, due to TNT broadcasting basketball later in the evening.

Rampage, which usually airs on TNT at 10 pm EST on Fridays, will bump up three hours to 7 pm EST on the night, per Mike Johnson of PWInsider.

AEW has yet to make formal notice of this one-week time slot change.

The Friday in question is part of NBA's annual All-Star Weekend, during which TNT airs numerous games and events. The "Rising Stars" game that includes rookie and second-year players is airing at 9 pm EST that night.

No matches have been announced for the February 18 Rampage as of yet. Those matches will be taped on Wednesday, February 16 at the Nashville Municipal Auditorium, following the night's Dynamite tapings.

The 7 pm time slot prevents overlap with WWE SmackDown, the go-home program before that Saturday's Elimination Chamber pay-per-view. Matches for that week's SmackDown are being taped one week earlier in New Orleans, due to many SmackDown talents taking part in the Jeddah event.
