Absent WWE NXT Talent Returns At House Show

A talent returned to WWE NXT over the weekend

An absent NXT talent made his return at the developmental brand's house show over the weekend.

NXT continues to work the coconut loop for live events and the brand arrived in Sanford, Florida on Saturday, March 25. The show featured a Sanford Rumble that saw the return of Boa. The returning talent didn't score the victory as Andre Chase ended the night standing tall as the last man standing in the Rumble.

March 25 marked Boa's first appearance in a WWE ring in over a year. He had previously been a regular on the Tuesday night show since 2020 as part of the supernatural faction, Tian Sha, with Mei Ying and Xia Li but the group disbanded in November of 2021 following the NXT 2.0 rebrand, with Boa inheriting Tian Sha's powers. Boa then feuded with Solo Sikoa and he made his final appearance on NXT TV on January 25, 2022, when he lost a Falls Count Anywhere Match to Sikoa.

Why Boa was away from NXT for so long is currently unknown. If he will return to NXT TV in the coming weeks remains to be seen.
