Adam Cole: A Year From Now, You're Going To See What Isaiah 'Swerve' Scott Is Capable Of In WWE

Cole has a lot of praise for the Hit Row leader

Adam Cole has named Isaiah 'Swerve' Scott as the talent in WWE NXT that is really standing out to him at the moment.

Scott has found a new momentum since forming his new stable, Hit Row, alongside Top Dolla, B-Fab and Ashante "Thee" Adonis, in May and has seemingly set his eyes on Bronson Reed and the NXT North American Championship.

Former NXT Champion Cole knows Scott from their time together in Lancaster and is excited to see what the 30-year-old can do within WWE and NXT.

When asked about talent that is standing out to him in NXT, Cole told the After The Bell Podcast: "Swerve Scott is somebody I’ve always had my eyes on. With this new group he has, I feel like he’s really hitting his stride.

"To me, there’s always been something about him that stuck with me. I don’t know if a lot of people know this, but I’m originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. I met Isaiah Scott in Lancaster and I directed him towards the training academy that I was going to and I kind of watched him grow as a talent through the independents, all across the world.

"So, to see him land in NXT has been really cool, and again I knew kind of from the beginning that he was going to be really, really good. He’s a guy I am 1000 percent keeping my eye on. Like I think a year from now, you’re really, really going to see what he’s capable of."
