Adam Cole's AEW Return Match Revealed

Adam Cole’s opponent for his long awaited AEW return match has been revealed

We are less than a week away from Adam Cole’s return to a wrestling ring, with the former three-time Ring of Honor World Champion set to wrestle for the first time in nearly 10 months on the March 29 edition of AEW Dynamite.

During the March 22 Dynamite broadcast, Cole took to the ring for ‘storytime’, but was soon interrupted by The Jericho Appreciation Society’s Daniel Garcia, with Garcia stepping up to Cole and informing him of all his achievements whilst Cole has been on the shelf.

Cole fired back at Garcia, telling the ‘sports entertainer’ that he’s very good despite hanging around with the JAS, and told the PWG World Champion that if he wants a shot at Cole then it’s on.

This will be Cole’s first match since suffering a severe concussion at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door in June 2022, with the much-loved former NXT star undergoing intense rehab on his road to recovery.

The bout on March 29 will also mark the first time that Cole and Garcia will ever share a ring, with the career paths of the two stars failing to meet until now.
