Adam Copeland with a submission on Jon Moxley at AEW Worlds End 2024

Adam Copeland is back in All Elite Wrestling.

The main event of Saturday night’s Worlds End pay-per-view saw Jon Moxley successfully defend the AEW World Championship in a four-way against Jay White, Hangman Adam Page, and Orange Cassidy, with Moxley picking up the win following a Busaiku Knee from Wheeler Yuta to Jay White before the AEW World Champion followed up with a Death Rider.

Following the match, the Death Riders looked to Pillmanise Jay White but FTR suddenly headed down the ramp. ‘Metalingus’ by Alter Bridge then filled the arena as Adam Copeland made his entrance and stood alongside Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler before the trio charged to the ring.

Rated FTR got the better of the brawl, with Copeland and Jon Moxley coming face to face before the former Edge laid out the world champion with a Spear. Copeland then choked Moxley with part of the steel chair before Claudio Castagnoli dragged Moxley from the ring. While all of this was going on, Christian Cage and The Patriarchy made a hasty exit from a corporate box in the arena.

As Moxley was dragged away by the Death Riders, Adam Copeland called Moxley “kid” because the world champion was still growing pubic hair when Adam Copeland was wrestling. Copeland then announced Rated FTR would be taking it all and it was confirmed that Dynamite Fight For The Fallen on January 1 would feature Rated FTR vs. The Death Riders.

Adam Copeland had been on the shelf since he sustained a broken leg in his Barbed Wire Steel Cage Match against Malakai Black at May's Double or Nothing pay-per-view.
