Adam Copeland has not let time hold him back during his run in All Elite Wrestling, with the ‘Rated R Superstar’ going full throttle against Christian Cage at the recent Worlds End pay per view.

Despite pulling off balcony dives and even powerbombing Nick Wayne into a flaming table at Worlds End, Copeland has admitted that he hasn’t got much time left on the clock, saying the following about his future to Sam Roberts:

“Even though it's been four or five years back now, it's not like I got another four or five in front of me, I know I don't. We're looking at like a two-year window here to be able to get as much done as I can get done, tell as many stories as I can, try and help talent along the way with that,” said Copeland.

Despite still having plenty of time on his AEW deal, Copeland has already started planning his retirement:

“The place is really important. I would love to do it in Maple Leafs Gardens. That I would love to do. Even if it means I've got to start an indie for a day and I've got to book Maple Leaf Gardens and I've got to film it, and I've got to get the production team, and I've got to get the talent. To be able to do it in the place where I first saw wrestling live. To be back in that place,” said Copeland.
