Adam Copeland has a new in-ring name in All Elite Wrestling and it isn't Sexton Hardcastle.

Copeland made his in-ring return on Wednesday night's special Fight For The Fallen edition of Dynamite from Asheville, North Carolina. Upon making his way to the ring, Copeland was referred to as 'Cope' by ring announcer Justin Roberts. The chyron for Copeland then confirmed the 51-year-old's new ring name was Cope and commentary referred to him as Cope throughout the main event of Dynamite.

Copeland has spent much of his in-ring career as Edge, the moniker he used while wrestling for WWE. The former WWE Champion had been Adam Copeland since he debuted in All Elite Wrestling in October 2023 but he will be Cope moving forward.

The main event of Dynamite Fight For The Fallen saw Rated FTR (Cope and FTR) defeat Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, and Wheeler Yuta of the Death Riders following interference from Jay White.

Cope kicked off a feud over the AEW World Title upon his return in the closing moments of AEW Worlds End on December 28.
