Adam Copeland Vs. Christian Cage Official For AEW Dynamite

Adam Copeland and Christian Cage will wrestle on AEW Dynamite

Since Adam Copeland arrived in All Elite Wrestling at WrestleDream in October, he has been on a collision course with long-time tag partner Christian Cage.

Whilst Copeland originally hoped his best friend would see the light and snap out of his orphan-hating mean-spirited ways, Cage has stuck to his guns, with the two spectacularly falling out amidst a series of escalating attacks.

Now it’s been confirmed that the two will face off in an AEW ring in singles action for the first time on the December 6 edition of AEW Dynamite, with Cage’s TNT Championship on the line.

The match was made official on the November 29 edition of Dynamite, and after Cage tried apologising to Copeland he was soundly told to ‘go f*** himself’. The two last wrestled in singles competition in 2010.

Dynamite will also see the second team-up of MJF and Samoa Joe, with the AEW World Title rivals set to join forces and take on the mysterious Devil’s faceless goons.

Confirmed for AEW Dynamite, December 6, 2023:

  • Christian Cage (c) vs. Adam Copeland - TNT Championship
  • Samoa Joe & MJF vs. The Devil’s Goons
