All Elite Wrestling's All Out pay-per-view will no longer be going head-to-head with WWE Wrestlepalooza.
Within an announcement about AEW pay-per-views being available on HBO Max beginning with All Out, it was revealed by the promotion that the Saturday, September 20 pay-per-view will air from 3 pm ET at Toronto's Scotiabank Arena. This means AEW All Out will likely end around when WWE Wrestlepalooza will begin at 7 pm ET.
The two pay-per-views were originally scheduled to go head-to-head after WWE announced Wrestlepalooza for the same day as All Out. Wrestlepalooza will be WWE's first pay-per-view on ESPN's direct-to-consumer service and matches expected for the show include Brock Lesnar vs. John Cena, AJ Lee & CM Punk vs. Becky Lynch & Seth Rollins, and Cody Rhodes vs. Drew McIntyre.
WWE have often counter-programmed AEW pay-per-views in 2025 with NXT events, although Wrestlepalooza would have been the first time a WWE main roster pay-per-view has gone head-to-head with an AEW PPV. WWE's counter-programming is part of an aggressive campaign to try and put AEW out of business.
AEW All Out will be the first AEW pay-per-view available to purchase on HBO Max as part of the new initiative. The show will cost HBO Max subscribers $39.99, $10 less than the $49.99 price offered by other carriers in Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, PPV.com and linear TV providers.
Already announced for AEW All Out is Adam Copeland & Christian Cage vs. FTR.
