Following a live edition of Dynamite, All Elite Wrestling taped the Saturday, April 26 episode of Collision from New Orleans, Louisiana on Wednesday night.
SPOILERS AHEAD
Swerve Strickland opened the Collision taping and was promptly interrupted by The Young Bucks before the former AEW World Champion could say a single word. The Bucks announced they had moved Strickland's match to...right now. This led to Swerve Strickland vs. Blake Christian, and Swerve won in two to three minutes.
After the match, Matthew and Nicholas Jackson attacked Swerve, and Kenny Omega ran down to make the save. He took out his former Elite stablemates with snapdragon suplexes but The Bucks avoided a V Trigger. Swerve and Omega stood tall to end the segment.
Following this, AEW Women's World Champion Toni Storm defeated Queen Aminata before Hologram answered Max Caster's open challenge and promptly beat him. Anna Jay then won a squash match, only to be taken out by Megan Bayne post-match.
The long-running feud between The Cru and Top Flight had its latest match on Collision with a weapons-filled tornado tag, including mardi gras beads replacing thumbtacks. Action Andretti and Lio Rush ultimately won the match.
It was then time for some lucha action and Bandido successfully defended the ROH World Championship against Dralistico. Rush then scored a win over AR Fox.
In the main event, Roderick Strong made his entrance to End of Heartache as he teamed with Paragon faction mate Kyle O'Reilly to take on FTR. Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler won the match, pinning O'Reilly. Adam Cole and Daniel Garcia arrived post-match to chase off FTR.
