AEW Console Game, 2 Mobile Games Currently In Development

Coming to current and next-gen consoles...

During tonight's AEW Games 1.0 Special Event, All Elite Wrestling revealed a console game and 2 mobile games are currently in development.

Kenny Omega, dressed like Steve Jobs, revealed the AAA title is currently being developed by Yuke's and will be released on current and next-generation consoles. WWF No Mercy Director Hideyuki Iwashita is also part of the development team. Omega noted the game is inspired by WWF No Mercy and Virtual Pro Wrestling, as well as NBA Jam and NFL Blitz.

The first sneak peek of the console game featured larger than life character models of Chris Jericho, Kenny Omega and Hikaru Shida, similar to WWE All Stars.

Aubrey Edwards and Cody Rhodes, both dressed like Steve Jobs, later revealed two mobile games are also in development.

Developed by Crystallized Games, AEW: Elite GM will allow players to manage all aspects of AEW, from booking matches to designing a roster, as they try to generate revenue and win in the ratings. The game is scheduled to be released in 2021.

AEW Casino: Double Or Nothing will feature AEW-branded versions of slot machines, poker, roulette and blackjack. It is expected to be released this winter and is developed by KamaGames.
