All Elite Wrestling returned to Los Angeles on May 29, broadcasting a live episode of Dynamite and recording the upcoming edition of Rampage - set to air on May 31.

SPOILERS AHEAD
As announced on Dynamite, the first qualifier match for the TNT Championship Ladder Match at Forbidden Door on June 20 took place, with Konosuke Takeshita facing Penta El Zero Miedo for a spot in the bout. Both men were in need of a win after coming up short in their respective matches at Double or Nothing, but it was Takeshita’s night, with the Callis Family member booking his spot at Forbidden Door.
‘The Learning Tree’ Chris Jericho was backstage, claiming that HOOK attacked him last week and that Jericho is too ‘valuable to be left vulnerable’ so he is stepping down to spend more time on Rampage and Collision.
AEW Women’s World Champion Toni Storm was in action, taking on Viva Van. Storm picked up the win, continuing her momentum after her decisive win over Serena Deeb at Double or Nothing.
Elsewhere, Satnam Singh defeated Peter Avalon in singles competition, Kyle O’Reilly defeated Jordan Cruz, and Rey Fenix defeated Isiah Kassidy.
