AEW's John Silver On The Shelf For 4-6 Weeks

He'll be spending some time on the sidelines

During the main event on this week's edition of AEW: Dynamite, Dark Order's John Silver suffered a suspected dislocated shoulder. Johnny Hungee ultimately carried on with the match and he came up short following a Code Red from TNT Champion Darby Allin.

After Dynamite went off the air, AEW's medical team informed Silver they didn't believe the injury was too serious.

Silver has since undergone further checks and in an update earlier today, he revealed he will be out of action for four to six weeks. In positive news, though, he won't require surgery.

The Dark Order man tweeted: "Bad news: I'll be out about 4-6 weeks. Good news: I don't need surgery and there is no major damage."

This means Silver will return to the ring in AEW around late April or early May, just in time for the build to the Double Or Nothing pay-per-view. The company could decide to keep him on-screen, though, particularly with his budding friendship with "Hangman" Adam Page.
