AEW Talent Off TV Due To Knee Injury

An AEW talent is out of action due to injury

A popular talent in All Elite Wrestling is currently away from the promotion due to injury.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider has reported that Dustin Rhodes has not been backstage at AEW TV as of late due to a tweaked knee. When Rhodes will return to the road with AEW is currently unknown.

The Natural has not appeared on AEW TV since he and Keith Lee (as Naturally Limitless) defeated Matt Menard and Angelo Parker on the July 14 edition of Rampage. Prior to that, Rhodes was involved in the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament, losing a first-round match to Powerhouse Hobbs.

Rhodes has been a part of All Elite Wrestling since the promotion's inception in 2019. Alongside his role as an on-screen talent, Rhodes is a coach behind the scenes and often provides advice to his fellow talents. The 54-year-old signed a contract extension with AEW earlier this year after his original deal was due to expire in July. He is believed to be under contract until September 2024 at the very least.
