Alexa Bliss Once Again Teases WWE Return

Alexa Bliss has been absent from WWE programming since all the way back at the 2023 Royal Rumble premium live event when she came up short in a RAW Women’s Championship match against reigning champion at the time, Bianca Belair. In the aftermath, it was teased that she’d be joining forces with Bray Wyatt and Uncle Howdy, but with Wyatt’s untimely and tragic passing, this never came to fruition. 

In the two years since, Bliss has been away on maternity leave, and has yet to resurface on WWE programming despite issuing several teases and even noting in an interview that she would in fact eventually return to the ring in WWE. It was revealed this week that WWE were actively working on creative plans for Alexa Bliss to return, and she has now posted another teaser suggesting a comeback. 

On Instagram, Bliss posted an image of herself making an entrance on the May 22, 2022 episode of Monday Night RAW where she competed in a match against Sonya Deville. This was a notable image to post due to it marking her previous return to WWE programming after taking several months off from WWE.
