Alexa Bliss Returns On WWE Raw

Alexa Bliss back on WWE TV

Alexa Bliss returned to WWE TV on Monday's episode of Raw.

The former Raw Women's Champion had been away from WWE programming since February's Elimination Chamber pay-per-view but she resurfaced on Raw last night, taking on Sonya Deville after the former Tough Enough competitor had been fired as a WWE official.

Bliss also returned with her former Goddess gimmick and old entrance music, with the only remnant of her former Fiend-like character being Lilly, who was placed in the corner as Bliss made quick work of Deville, defeating her in one minute.

Bliss initially returned to WWE TV earlier this year, appearing in therapy vignettes after five months off TV with an injury. She then disappeared again, with it being noted that Bliss voiced her frustration to Vince McMahon as the company had no creative plans for her during the build to WrestleMania 38.

It was determined that Bliss wouldn't be in action at The Showcase Of The Immortals and she got married to singer Ryan Cabrera on April 9, following the event.

The five-time Women's Champion said in an interview last month that she was ready to return and was just waiting for WWE to call.
