Andrade El Idolo Banned From Using Move In AEW

No Spinning Elbows for Andrade El Idolo in AEW

While Andrade El Idolo has an arsenal of moves he can use inside the squared circle, the leader of La Faccion Ingobernable is unable to compete with one of the impressive moves he used during his time in WWE.

Andrade would regularly deck opponents with a Spinning Elbow in NXT and on the WWE main roster. However, after a clip of him hitting the move on Johnny Gargano in their NXT TakeOver match circulated on Twitter, El Idolo revealed that he is banned from using it in All Elite Wrestling.

Andrade replied to the clip of the Spinning Elbow, writing: "I can't use that move anymore."

While El Idolo did not give a reason, Chris Jericho utilises a Spinning Elbow in the Judas Effect as his finisher in AEW and the promotion would possibly prevent Andrade from using the same move to protect The Painmaker.

El Idolo has been with AEW since June of 2021 and he has had high-profile programmes with the likes of PAC, Cody Rhodes, and Darby Allin. He looks set to begin a feud with Dark Order after he tried to recruit 10 to La Faccion Ingobernable on last week's Dynamite.
