Match Changed Ahead Of AEW Dynamite

All Elite Wrestling have changed a match on tonight's episode of Dynamite following an angle on AEW Dark.

On Tuesday's YouTube show, Britt Baker with a kendo stick and Rebel were seen leaving Hikaru Shida's locker room and The Good Doctor told Alex Marvez that since she couldn't have the tag team partner of her choice, neither could Toni Storm. It was then announced by AEW that Shida was not medically cleared to compete on Dynamite. 

As a result, Interim AEW Women's World Champion Toni Storm has a new partner in Athena for her tag team match against Britt Baker and Serena Deeb. Baker would usually team with Jamie Hayter but the two friends are not on good terms as Britt stopped her ally from winning the interim title at All Out. 

Already set for tonight's episode of Dynamite is the semifinals of the Grand Slam Tournament of Champions. Bryan Danielson will go one-on-one with Chris Jericho, while Jon Moxley will take on Sammy Guevara. The tournament began last week after CM Punk was stripped of the AEW World Title.
