Are AJ Styles & The O.C. Heading For WWE NXT Invasion Angle?

Monday's Raw Reunion show saw AJ Styles take on Seth Rollins.
During the match, it looked like former Universal Champion Rollins was going to be the subject of a three-on-one mauling from Styles, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson. However, Shawn Michaels and Triple H of D-Generation X came out to even the odds before Road Dogg, X-Pac, Scott Hall and Kevin Nash joined them.
After a brief back and forth, and a rejected TOO SWEET offer from The O.C. an interesting interaction between HBK and The Phenomenal One took place
The cameras at ringside managed to pick up Styles shouting words to the effect of 'don't think I won't come to NXT because I will,' leaving fans wondering if WWE were about to embark on a pretty unprecedented angle that would see one of the most high profile Superstars invade the black and yellow brand.
However, it appears that this isn't on the cards, per a report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that is. For the avoidance of any doubt, here's Dave Meltzer's report on there being no plans for Messrs Styles, Gallows and Anderson to invade NXT: "Even though during the DX vs. The O.C. angle on Raw Styles made a remark about knowing you’re at NXT to Michaels, right now there are no plan for Styles, Gallows and Anderson to invade NXT."
