Second arrest in 2019 for Uso...

In the early hours of Thursday morning, WWE Superstar Jimmy Uso was arrested for DUI near Pensacola, Florida.

Pensacola TV station WEAR-TV released more information from the police report recently.

Uso is scheduled in court on August 15 and was given a bond of $1000.

According to the report: "At 1:30 a.m. a deputy was dispatched out the area of Pine Forest and Nine Mile Road in reference to a possible DUI complaint.

"The report says the deputy was advised by an off-duty officer that a vehicle was travelling westbound on Interstate 10 in an excess of a 100 mph - drifting from left to right and going out of its lane.

"The vehicle pulled then pulled into Ticket Sports Bar, according to the officer. When the deputy arrived at the scene, the car was no longer there, according to the report.

"The deputy later saw the vehicle turn onto Highway 297A, rapidly accelerating (clocked at 86 mph in a 45 mph) and coming very close to hitting another vehicle."

After the deputy pulled over Jimmy, he noticed the former tag team champion had issues holding his license, registration, and proof of insurance. Uso also had bloodshot and watery eyes, droopy eyelids, dilated pupils and slowed/slurred speech according to the deputy.

The deputy noted that he could smell alcohol from the driver's side window and when he asked Uso to get out of the car, Jimmy appeared to be unsteady. The deputy asked him to ride with him to a flat parking lot to do a field sobriety test. Jimmy agreed, but was confused as to what was happening.

The report states that Uso took out his phone and put it towards the deputy's face, it was at this point he was arrested for DUI as he became uncooperative, eventually getting to a police vehicle after being asked several times.

Jimmy said that he was uncomfortable in the police car and wanted to speak to another deputy. The arresting officer said he had to roll down his back windows due to the overwhelming smell of alcohol in his car.

WWE released a statement about the arrest, which you can read here.
