Arn Anderson Comments On Doing One More Match

Will Arn Anderson come out of retirement?

With the likes of 80s NWA legends Ric Flair and Ricky Steamboat coming out of retirement in 2022, wrestling fans have wondered what other long dormant legends could return to the ring for one last go.

One such name is that of Arn Anderson, with the legendary Four Horseman ‘Enforcer’ having wrestled two short matches back in 2000 after retiring from active competition in early 1997.

However, when presented with the idea of wrestling once more, Anderson was blunt in his reply, saying the following during a Highspots Live Virtual Gimmick Table signing:

"I had my last match back in 97. When the doctor said 'quit wrestling, or quit walking,’" said Anderson.

Whilst Anderson has not wrestled for over 20 years he is still active in wrestling, currently signed to AEW as part of their coaching staff. But does AA have the urge to give out on last spinebuster?

“How about I spinebuster myself so I can see what everyone has been complaining about all these years,” said Anderson.

Take it that’s a ‘no’ then.
