Asuka Denies Reports Regarding Absence From WWE Television

Asuka hasn't been seen since WWE Money In The Bank 2021

Asuka has taken to social media to dismiss reports regarding her ongoing absence from WWE programming.

The Empress Of Tomorrow hasn't been seen on television since participating in the Women's Money In The Bank Ladder Match at the Money In The Bank pay-per-view last month. It has been reported that Asuka is not dealing with any sort of injury, but that WWE creative currently didn't have any plans for her.

A social media user tweeted out the report, which included the story that Asuka had left the most recent Monday Night Raw taping early because she wasn't booked for anything on the show.

The former Raw Women's Champion has responded to the message - which has since been deleted - saying the story is 'fake' and her absence is 'completely different' to what has been report.

Asuka wrote: "Nothing has been revealed. That information is totally wrong. Really different. Completely different. Everything is different. I would like to ask the information provider. Don’t make a fake story."
