It was announced last night that several WWE departures were set to take place. Fightful Select first revealed that Baron Corbin, Indi Hartwell and Tegan Nox would all be leaving the company.

Both Hartwell and Nox are being released from their current deals with a 90-day release clause, which will see them unable to compete elsewhere until February 2025. Hartwell’s match on SmackDown last night aired after it was learned that she was getting released from the company.

Baron Corbin was informed that his expiring WWE deal will not be extended, with it believed that his contract will expire by the end of this year. One “top booker” outside WWE noted that they hoped he continued with his professional wrestling career. It was recently revealed Baron Corbin had an initial rejection to his booking on SmackDown alongside Apollo Crews, but came around it in the end. All three have responded on social media to this news.

On X, Corbin tweeted out, “That’s all she wrote folks. It’s been real and I appreciate everyone who supported me.” Nox tweeted, “Some things are just out of your control and you can only do as much as you can. Let’s clear one thing up though. I’m ready. Ive been ready. Just have to show people what they’ve missed.” And lastly, Hartwell posted a joke tweet saying, “Wait, what,” before then posting the following message - “Don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened.”

PWInsider and Fightful noted that there were not presently any more planned releases in the immediate future.
