Baron Corbin Was Unhappy At Drew McIntyre Kicking Out Of End Of Days

Baron Corbin disagreed with the WrestleMania 38 decision

Baron Corbin’s End of Days finisher was one of the most protected finishers in recent WWE memory, and in fact it still is. It put down the likes of Kurt Angle, John Cena, Roman Reigns, and more over the years, but last year it was finally kicked out of by former world champion Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 38.

Fightful recently reached out to Corbin and discussed the moment in which McIntyre kicked out of the move. Corbin revealed that he had no say or input into the decision, and it was out of his hands. He did note though that he wasn’t overly enthralled with the call.

“Corbin said when WrestleMania came, he was told that it was happening. Corbin said he voiced his displeasure with the decision. Corbin would tell Fightful Select that he was not thrilled with it and that it wasn’t his call, but they did it, and it’s over.”

Corbin would go on to lose this match with McIntyre, who still remains to this day as the only man to kick out of the finisher.
