Bayley Tips Carmelo Hayes To Become A Major WWE Star
Bayley expects big things from the NXT standout
WWE star Bayley knows what it takes to be a success in both NXT and on the main roster, having done so herself (and now facilitating the same for her Damage CTRL cohorts Dakota Kai and IYO SKY).
During a recent interview with Dr. Beau Hightower, the former WWE Women's Champion singled out Carmelo Hayes as someone she believes has the potential to be a big star when he gets called up from the third brand.
"There's a lot here actually. I think they [fans] already…they could see it already but Carmelo Hayes is one of the guys I would definitely say you could bet money on that he's gonna be a big star and be on WrestleMania and SummerSlam and all the big shows and be a champion for years to come because I'm pretty sure he's still very young," she said.
The two-time NXT North American Champion turns 29 on August 1. On this week's edition of NXT, Bron Breakker agreed to defend his NXT Title against Hayes at Stand & Deliver on April 1.
Bayley also singled out Pretty Deadly, Indi Hartwell, Cora Jade, Roxanne Perez and Zoey Starks as standout performers in NXT.
