WWE have begun to hold more major international events in recent years, with Saudi Arabia hosting two WWE pay-per-views each year, while the organisation headed to the United Kingdom in September 2022 for their biggest show across the pond since 1992 with Clash at the Castle.

WWE will reportedly look to hold more international premium live events in 2023 and Becky Lynch suggested a venue for a potential major show, revealing during a Q&A that she would like to see WWE head to Croke Park in Dublin, Ireland.

Speaking about missing WWE Clash at the Castle, Lynch stated:

"Oh, don't remind me. It was very hard for me to watch that and to be missing out on it and hearing the crowd and how amazing they were. They were freaking amazing. I have faith that there will be more. Many more. Where would I like to take a major stadium show? Ireland. Croke Park. 100% that's it. No hesitation with that."

The 82,000-seat Croke Park is a Gaelic games stadium in Dublin and the home of the Gaelic Athletic Association. The event does sporadically host non-Gaelic sports events, though.

WWE has several Irish stars under contract, including Lynch, Sheamus, and Finn Balor.

Lynch recently returned to the ring following a separated shoulder, helping her team of Bianca Belair, Alexa Bliss, Asuka, and Mia Yim win inside WarGames at Survivor Series. Despite her return, Lynch admitted her shoulder is still bothering her.

Catch WWE Superstar Becky Lynch weekly on WWE Raw, airing live on BT Sport in the UK.
