Big Boom AJ To Remain A Part Of AEW, Worked Full Gear With Broken Foot

Big Boom AJ had a great night at AEW Full Gear, defeating QT Marshall on the Zero Hour portion of the show as his son Big Justice and his best friend The Rizzler watched on from ringside.

Not only did AJ put in a commendable performance for somebody who has barely wrestled in the past several years, he actually worked a significant portion of the match with a broken foot.

In a video posted to X, AJ thanked fans for their support and noted that the Costco Guys will continue to work with AEW, saying:

"Big Boom AJ has about a 6-8 week recovery here but then I will be back in the ring again. I will be doing a few things with AEW during that time so stay tuned, got some real fun stuff coming your way".

"I am forever grateful and as always, AJ and Big Justice, we are All Elite, and I will be back in the ring before you know it". He identified a flying clothesline spot as where the injury occurred and credited adrenaline kicking in with his ability to finish the bout.

AEW were said to be thrilled with the reaction Big Boom AJ, Big Justice and The Rizzler received at Full Gear.
