Big Cass To Debut On IMPACT Wrestling This Week

W. Morrissey made his surprise debut at IMPACT Rebellion

Fresh off his shocking appearance at IMPACT Rebellion, the man formerly known as Big Cass will make his debut on IMPACT Wrestling this Thursday.

Having gone under the name CaZXL on the independent circuit, the 34-year-old made his surprise first appearance for IMPACT this past Sunday at Rebellion, replacing the injured Eric Young in Violent By Design's match against Chris Sabin, Eddie Edwards, James Storm, and Willie Mack.

Now known as W. Morrissey, he picked up the win for his team by pinning Mack.

The promotion have now confirmed that W. Morrissey will now show up at the Skyway Studios in Nashville, Tennessee for his first appearance on IMPACT Wrestling. It remains to be seen if Morrissey will remain aligned with Violent By Design or has other objectives for his time with the company.

From 2011-2018, Morrissey was employed by WWE and worked mainly in a tag-team with Enzo Amore, before turning heel and going solo on Smackdown. Not long after a feud with Daniel Bryan came to an end, he was fired by the promotion amid reported behavioural issues.
