Former WWE star Bobby Lashley has opened up on his future in professional wrestling, one month after his WWE contract expired and he officially became a free agent.

Speaking on his latest vlog, the 48-year-old addressed speculation regarding his future, saying:

"I see so many articles about what I'm going to do. Is it WWE, is it TNA, is it AEW? I can't control any of that. But the one thing I can control is how to prepare. I'm ready for anything".

Recent reports indicated that Lashley and MVP (who also departed WWE last month) were in talks with AEW about potentially bringing a Hurt Business style stable to Tony Khan's promotion. The door is also open as far as future appearances for WWE are concerned, while there is strong interest in Lashley from the combat sports world.

In the meantime, the two-time WWE Champion has announced his 'Phenoms to Legends' project, which will see him travel the United States in an RV while meeting talented up-and-coming athletes.

MVP, meanwhile, recently revealed that he was told the Hurt Business would reunite, prior to Lashley being paired with The Street Profits.
