Booker T Confirms He Ordered From TGI Fridays During WWE NXT

NXT announcer Booker T has confirmed what food he ordered during this past Tuesday's broadcast. 

A video purportedly showing the two-time WWE Hall of Famer ordering food from the DoorDash app while Indi Hartwell relinquished her NXT Women's Championship went viral on social media earlier this week. 

Speaking about the video during a recent edition of his The Hall of Fame podcast, Booker set the record straight and let the world know what his dinner choice was, saying:

"It was the end of the show. The show was over. That had nothing to do with me. I knew I was gonna be exiting the building shortly after. I wanted my meal hot and ready to go when I got there. I got chicken parmesan from Fridays".

Continuing, Booker noted that he hit his cues, while conceding that the talent need to watch themselves even when they're not on camera:

"Good for Indi Hartwell. I made sure I got the last note that I had to say, which was, 'When a man loves a woman, it's a beautiful thing'. That's all I needed to say in that segment. The camera wasn't on me, but I get it. You have to watch yourself at all times".
