Bron Breakker Joins WWE Main Roster

Bron Breakker is officially a main roster WWE superstar

Following his impactful Royal Rumble appearance at the back end of last month, Bron Breakker has been lingering around backstage at WWE’s weekly events, weighing up contract offers from both Nick Aldis of Friday Night SmackDown and Adam Pearce of Monday Night RAW. He has finally made his decision on where he will make his home.

It was revealed that Breakker has officially signed with the SmackDown brand, going ahead with the blue brand roster going forwards. It was then announced that Breakker’s in-ring SmackDown debut would come on next week’s show. His opponent hasn’t been announced ahead of time, but with SmackDown being pre-taped, you can check out who his opponent will be and the result of that match in the spoilers for the show.

Breakker is still one-half of the NXT Tag Team Champions alongside his “War Dogs” ally Baron Corbin, winning the gold this past week on NXT. His current future in NXT isn’t known for now, but it appears that at least in the short-term, Breakker may well be pulling double duty on both NXT and SmackDown brands.
