Bronson Reed has been determined as the challenger to Johnny Gargano’s North American Championship on Night Two of NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver.

The Gauntlet Eliminator match was the second contest on the card on Night One of TakeOver: Stand & Deliver. Leon Russ was the first superstar in, and the first one eliminated, after being pinned by Isiah ‘Swerve’ Scott.

With all six participants in the ring, it was the final entrant that would get the next elimination. As Dexter Lumis locked in The Silence on Cameron Grimes, LA Knight would roll him up for the pin.

Moments later, Knight would be taken out of the match, as a combination of the three remaining participants would lead to Bronson Reed pinning NXT’s newest acquisition.

Having tried to bribe Scott earlier in the match, and seemingly succeeding, it would be Grimes that would be eliminated next as Scott rolled him up. A handful of the tights brought the match down to two participants.

It appeared Scott had the match secured, but Reed would hit a huge splash off the top rope, pinning Scott to become the number one contender to Gargano and his North American Championship on Thursday evening.
