MSK Win Vacant WWE NXT Tag Team Championships

The vacant NXT Tag Team Championships have been won by MSK at NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver Night One. 

A thrilling and fast-paced triple threat match, also including The Grizzled Young Veterans and Legado Del Fantasma, saw the 2021 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic winners crowned the new Tag Team champions. 

A Blockbuster Hart Attack on Zack Gibson of GYV gave MSK the win on Night One of Stand & Deliver, securing their first run with the titles since joining NXT.

The belts had been vacated by Danny Burch and Orney Lorcan after the former picked up a serious shoulder injury on NXT a number of weeks ago in a match against Finn Balor and Karrion Kross. 

MSK would have been due a match with Burch and Lorcan, as winners of the Dusty Cup, but have claimed the titles regardless. 

Wes Lee and Nash Carter only joined WWE in December, making their debut on the black-and-gold brand in January, and are enjoying an incredible run since first appearing just a few short months ago.
