Bryan Danielson Vs. Chris Jericho Added To AEW All Out

A battle of two all-time greats

"American Dragon" Bryan Danielson will go one on one with Chris Jericho at AEW All Out in just eleven nights time.

During the opening segment of Wednesday's Dynamite in Cleveland, Jericho confronted protégé Daniel Garcia, demanding to know why he stopped Jericho from attacking Danielson after Garcia and Danielson's match last week. After Jericho tried convincing Garcia that he was a "sports entertainer", Danielson joined the segment, telling Garcia not to endure Jericho's bullying. Eventually, a conflicted Garcia shoved Jericho to the mat when Jericho tried to grab him.

After Garcia left, Jericho took his anger out on Danielson, criticizing Danielson's credentials as a wrestler. Danielson responded by implying that Stu Hart and Owen Hart would consider him a better wrestler than Jericho. He then challenged Jericho to a match, which Jericho accepted for All Out.

The current card for AEW All Out, taking place Sunday, September 4 at the Now Arena in Chicago, includes the following:

* AEW Women's World: Thunder Rosa (c) vs. Toni Storm

* AEW Trios Tag Team tournament final: participants TBD

* Bryan Danielson vs. Chris Jericho

* Wardlow and FTR vs. Jay Lethal, Satnam Singh, and Sonjay Dutt

* Casino Ladder Match: participants TBD
