Bull Nakano Wants To Be Inducted Into The WWE Hall Of Fame

AJW legend Bull Nakano wants a spot in the WWE Hall of Fame

With WrestleMania on the horizon, so too is the WWE Hall of Fame, with no names confirmed for the 2023 class as of writing.

The likes of Batista, and Victoria have been linked with an induction this year, and now former WWF Women’s Champion Bull Nakano has thrown her hat into the ring, with Nakano saying the following to Dark Puroresu Flowsion when speaking about her 90s run in America:

“It was the 1990s when I was playing matches in America. It was over 25 years ago. Still, if you still remember me, nothing would make me happier. Thank you. I have nothing but gratitude for all the pro wrestling fans. Pro wrestling is great today. I believe that I will meet you all again someday. To all American wrestling fans, thank you for accepting me. I love you,” said Nakano.

When asked about a spot in the WWE HOF, Nakano was receptive to the idea:

“I will go to America soon. Maybe in May! Yes I would love to be inducted into the Hall of Fame by Vince,” continued Nakano.

A former WWF Women’s Champion, Nakano is best remembered outside of Japan for her rivalry with Alundra Blayze, with Nakano defeating Blayze for the title in the Tokyo Dome in 1994 as part of a working agreement between WWE and All Japan Women’s Pro-Wrestling. Nakano also wrestled several times for WCW in the 90s.
