Camron Clay Makes WWE Debut On NXT

A debut on the black-and-gold brand

Former independent wrestling star Camron Clay made her debut on this week's episode of WWE NXT, going under the name Amari Miller.

Miller was signed by WWE earlier this year and joined up with the Performance Center in February. The former Camron Clay previously faced Lacey Evans as an enhancement talent on SmackDown in October 2019 and has performed for Evolve and WWN in her five years as a wrestler.

She made her official debut for WWE on Tuesday's NXT, facing off against Mercedes Martinez in a very quick match. Martinez was attacked by her NXT TakeOver: In Your House opponent, Xia Li, before the match, but saw off her future opponent before making quick work of Miller.

Miller took to social media after Tuesday's show went off the air, writing: "Did this just happen today! Oh my gosh!

"When @ZaydaRamierWWE gives u a little shove of confidence for you to walk out to the WWE universe for the first time! Thank you @WWENXT and of course thanks Zayda(my wrestling sister)!"
