Cardi B To Host WWE SummerSlam 2025

All the buzz and hype this weekend is surrounding WWE’s visit to Las Vegas, Nevada for the two-night WrestleMania 41 event at the Allegiant Stadium, but WWE have already began to try and build some of the buzz for SummerSlam 2025, which will serve at the first ever two-night edition of the summertime WWE premium live event. 

On last night’s April 18 episode of Friday Night SmackDown, it was revealed that rapper Cardi B will be the official host of SummerSlam 2025 when the show heads to the MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey on August 2 and August 3. Sporting an Eddie Guerrero ‘Lie, Cheat & Steal’ t-shirt, Cardi B appeared in a video on SmackDown to make the announcement. 

Many expected Cardi B to have some involvement in SummerSlam 2025, with her featuring in the original promotional material for the historic show. WWE revealed that tickets would officially go on sale for SummerSlam on May 2. It has also already been revealed that SummerSlam will be a two-night event the following year, emanating from Minneapolis’ US Bank Stadium.
