Chris Jericho's AEW deal is set to expire in 2025, with no unforeseen additions to the time remaining, according to a WrestlePurists tweet which reads:

"Chris Jericho’s current AEW deal is up in 2025. No injury time or anything is set to be added as it stands."

Jericho is still very much part of the AEW product, currently embroiled in a feud with Mark Briscoe over the ROH World Championship. He lost to Mark at WrestleDream, but a 'Ladder War' rematch is currently set for this week's Dynamite.

Jericho was one of the first big names associated with AEW from its creation, main-eventing the first ever show - Double or Nothing 2019 - against Kenny Omega. He went on to form the Inner Circle, AEW's first main event heel faction.

Jericho also became the inaugural AEW World Champion, defeating 'Hangman' Adam Page at All Out 2019, a title reign which was ultimately ended by Jon Moxley at Revolution 2020. He has not held the belt since.

He also recently held the FTW Championship, but dropped the title back to previous champion Hook at All In 2024.

Jericho signed a new three-year deal with AEW in 2022 that keeps him under contract through 2025.
