Christopher Daniels is set to debut in another Japanese promotion.

All Japan Pro-Wrestling have announced that The Fallen Angel will be in action at their 50th Anniversary Show from the Nippon Budokan on September 18 before he is involved at an event from Korakuen Hall on September 19.

Daniels has never competed for AJPW but he did previously challenge for the AJPW World Tag Team Championships at ROH Final Battle 2003. He and Dan Maff failed to defeat The Great Muta and Arashi in the main event of the major show.

Daniels does have an extensive history with New Japan Pro-Wrestling and made his debut for the promotion all the way back in 2002 as Curry Man. He returned to NJPW in late 2021 and he recently teamed with Yuya Uemura in a tournament for the inaugural NJPW STRONG Openweight Tag Team Championships. The final of the tournament will air soon.

The former ROH World Champion is currently signed with All Elite Wrestling and outside of sporadic in-ring appearances, he is the Manager of Talent Relations.
