Christy Hemme Signs With TNA

TNA Wrestling have welcomed Christy Hemme back to the promotion, with Hemme set to undertake a backstage role in the company.

Hemme originally worked for TNA from 2002 until 2016 as a wrestler, valet, and ring announcer, and according to a report from Fightful Select, Hemme is set to become TNA’s Head of Marketing, and has previously worked in creative backstage roles within the company, maintaining a strong relationship with TNA. It’s currently unknown if Hemme will undertake any on-screen roles with TNA this time round.

The report states that Hemme will be joined in the marketing team by Alisha Edwards, with Edwards now working as a Marketing Coordinator in addition to her on-screen work in the company. Edwards has been with TNA 2017, having earlier appeared for the brand in 2008 and 2015.

Elsewhere, former TNA World Champion Sami Callihan is set to become a Live Events & Marketing Consultant for the company, having recently pledged his future to the promotion after being linked with a move elsewhere. Callihan’s work with his Pro Wrestling Revolver promotion is said to have put him in good stead for the new role.
