New AEW signing CM Punk has described Rampage's timeslot as "rotten."

AEW's second "A" show premiered on August 13 and the weekly series airs at 10 pm ET on Friday nights on TNT. Rampage will remain on the network until AEW programming moves to TBS in 2022.

Rampage has already had some big moments in its first three weeks, including Christian Cage's IMPACT World Title win on August 13 and CM Punk's return to professional wrestling on August 20. The Straight Edge Superstar doesn't seem too impressed by the show's timeslot, though.

While plugging AEW on an Instagram Live session with Stephen Amell, Punk admitted he thought Rampage's timeslot was "rotten", saying: "We do a one-hour show called Rampage and it's great. It's a rotten timeslot, Friday night, 10 pm ET, but it's one hour and you get to see the best action."

Since the show's debut, Rampage has drawn strong ratings and Wrestlenomics noted the August 27 show averaged 722,000 viewers and a 0.34 rating in the key 18-49 demographic, finishing number one on cable.
