CM Punk vs. Matt Sydal, Ruby Soho Vs. The Bunny Announced For 10/15 AEW Rampage
To go along with a trios bout
Matches pitting CM Punk against Matt Sydal, and Ruby Soho against The Bunny, have been announced for next Friday's AEW Rampage in Miami.
The Punk vs. Sydal match came together via Lio Rush. In a backstage segment, Sydal confronted Rush about his new association with Sydal's recent partner Dante Martin, believing Rush to be misleading Martin. To win Sydal's trust, Rush told him that he would get him a match with Punk, which Sydal was interested in.
Previously announced for a Dynamite is a six man tag pitting The Inner Circle against The Men of the Year and former UFC Heavyweight champion Junior Dos Santos, making his pro wrestling debut.
The first half hour of Rampage will go head to head with WWE SmackDown on FS1, which is running a special "Supersized" two and a half hour broadcast from 8 pm to 10:30 EST.
The current card for AEW Rampage, airing next Friday night from the Knight Center in Miami, is as follows:
* CM Punk vs. Matt Sydal
* Chris Jericho, Jake Hager, and Sammy Guevara vs. Men of the Year and Junior Dos Santos
* Ruby Soho vs. The Bunny
