CM Punk's WWE Money In The Bank 2026 Status Reportedly 'Uncertain'

CM Punk’s status for the upcoming WWE Money in the Bank 2026 premium live event is reportedly ‘uncertain’.

Whilst the former WWE Champion is set to compete at the upcoming World’s Collide show on September 26, a report from Wrestlevotes Radio on Fightful Select states that whilst Punk was discussed for Money in the Bank on October 10, it is now said that Punk’s potential participation on the show is ‘no longer certain at this time’.

Punk is scheduled to face Finn Balor and Gunther for a spot in the men’s Money in the Bank ladder match on the September 25 edition of WWE SmackDown. Then, at World’s Collide, Punk is set to team with Rey Mysterio, and El Grande Americano against the team of Omos, JD McDonagh, and Dominik Mysterio. Punk also took to social media to tease that his old theme ‘This Fire Burns’ could also make an appearance on the show.
