Cody Rhodes Reveals Who The Actual WWE Locker Room Leader Is

In every sport it is important to have locker room leaders, and that is no different in the world of professional wrestling. In WWE, there are several notable veterans who have been revealed as being locker room leaders, with it being recently reported that Finn Balor is seen as one of the most respected leaders in WWE, which will see him receive a singles push in 2025.

When speaking to Jazzy’s World TV, Cody Rhodes opened up on another individual who he sees as the current day locker room leader in WWE - none other than multi-time world champion Bayley. 

“Here’s the thing I don’t think people know about Bayley – she’s probably the actual current locker room leader. Like, if you’ve got a captain, you know, the ‘C [for captain]’ on the jersey, it’s probably her and Randy Orton. In terms of, you need something done, ‘Hey, such and such doesn’t need to be late anymore. Hey, we need energy for this show.’ She’s the locker room leader – and she should be.”

Cody Rhodes made an important distinction here, making sure to state that Bayley isn’t just ‘a’ locker room leader, but ‘the’ locker room leader.
