Colt Cabana Pokes Fun At CM Punk's AEW All Out Media Scrum

Colt Cabana had some fun at the expense of his former friend CM Punk. 

The two-time AEW World Champion's future in the industry is currently in doubt following his comments at the post-All Out media scrum, during which Punk began a pre-planned rant about Colt Cabana, the AEW EVPs, and Hangman Page. This led to a backstage fight with The Elite and Punk, Kenny Omega, The Young Bucks, and Ace Steel have all been suspended by AEW. Punk is not expected to return to the promotion, although he is currently dealing with a triceps injury too. 

Having been the main cause of Punk's rant, Cabana mentioned it to begin his own press conference before 1PW's A Twist of Fate event over the weekend, saying: "I don't know how safe it is for me to do this, but let's do it anyway. Let's do a scrum." 

Cabana was in action at a Twist of Fate, reforming Team SHAG with Greg Burridge to defeat Nick Aldis and Doug Williams of The British Invasion. 'Boom Boom' has not wrestled on AEW TV since November 2021 and he is currently signed to Tony Khan's Ring of Honor promotion. 

Colt previously poked fun at Punk's media scrum on a Twitch stream, joking that his brother also shares a bank account with their mother.
